supervision, coordinates the architectural design and planning
activities of the Structural and Architectural Design Sections.
Performs the most difficult architectural work in connection
with layouts, plans, and details.
-
- Senior Process Engineer
- Performs functions of a
Project Engineer and Design Engineer on the more complex
computer-based control and instrumentation contracts. In
addition, provides direction and assistance to the Process
Control Engineers and all other project engineers on complex
automatic controls and process instrumentation engineering
work. Directs and assists in the preparation of designs,
layouts, plans and specifications, economic analyses, cost
estimates, Project Authorization Requests, Design Criteria
Documents pertinent to the more complex process instrumentation
and computer control system for wastewater reclamation plants,
pumping stations and flood control facilities. Also, assign,
supervises, and reviews work of other engineers and draftsmen.
Reviews, investigates, and analyzes claims of contractors for
extra work.
-
- Process Control Engineer
- Performs work involving the
design and implementation of process control instrumentation
and computer control systems for wastewater reclamation plants,
pumping stations, and flood control reservoirs. Duties include
designing process instrumentation and computer control systems,
preparing and reviewing contract specifications, coordinating
process instrumentation and computer control systems work with
other sections, preparing cost estimates, analyzing process
control systems and equipment problems, and trouble-shooting
and resolving problems incurred during installation and
start-up of process control systems.
-
