The project to build the City of East Point Pedestrial
Bridge received an Engineering Excellence Award. RPA
provided services to evaluate and design electrical and
mechanical facilities for the Pedestrian Bridge. This
bridge is a 10 ft wide by 210 ft long bridge over
3 main line railroad tracks and MARTA's South line.
RPA has also provided services to evaluate and design
electrical facilities for the MARTA North Line Rail Services -
Washwater Recycle Systems.
Other projects have included evaluating existing conditions and
the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities
for a children's daycare center located in the Fulton County Juvenile
Justice building. RPA provided services to evaluate
and design electrical facilities for the existing brick recreation
building and a new building addition located in the City of East
Point, Georgia. RPA is providing MEP analysis and design services
for the new 91,000 sq ft elementary school in Clayton County. In
addition, RPA is also providing MEP analysis and design services for
Atlanta Public Schools.
Under a standy Architectural/Engineering Services Contract with
Fulton County, RPA was responsible for evaluating existing conditions
and the new design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities
for the new Martin Luther King Branch Library. R+W provided
architectural services and HEI provided structural services.
