- RPA has over
15 years of assessment experience. We specialize in promotional
and original entrance examinations for engineering, technical
& technical administrative personnel. We have administered
examinations as a member of examination boards. We have functioned
as a subject matter expert for the development of various engineering
and technical examinations. We have developed complete and partial
examinations for a variety of operating and administrative positions.

- RPA carries
out each examination project under a well-defined work plan consisting
of four principal phases: Project Definition, Job Analysis, Examination
Plan Preparation and Examination Document Preparation. In turn
these phases permit; (a) identification of the major issues to
be addressed and preparation of a detailed plan, schedule and
estimate for addressing them, (b) gathering of sufficient information
to describe current classification requirements and to identify
potential improvement opportunities, expressed in a comprehensive
set of findings and conclusions, (c) joint RPA and client analysis,
both qualitative and quantitative and formulation of a concrete
examination plan and (d) presentation of comprehensive final
documents that identify the factual and analytical basis for
and the judgments supporting all recommendations, examination
questions and examination documents.
